We hold long-term equity interests in companies active in property management and property development, collectively representing a substantial real estate portfolio. As a key shareholder, Maxmill Group takes an active role in the governance and strategic development of these businesses.

Henrik Rød is the sole owner of Maxmill Group. He has extensive experience as an investor and developer, and has previously served as a Member of the Norwegian Parliament, providing valuable insight into regulatory and institutional frameworks.​
